Yeah, Bremerton Seems Good
Updated icons on the Art of Illusion project page. If you're into that sort of thing. The cool part is that you can get the original PhotoShop file, and work off of my work. Well, it's cool in that I'm sharing my "intellectual property", not in the "I'm so great you want to be derivative of my creations." Does that make sense?
Work is going well. We had a meeting with the Bremerton office, and our part-time IT guy Pat down there is solid. He's also quite a big guy, which comes in handy in an industry where each new generation of devices and gadgets are smaller and smaller. Lucky guy.
Yeah, Bremerton seems good. We've actually started our testing of Active Directory (win 2003 server). I've got SharePoint Team Services up and running, AD, and Office 2003 System on two machines. I'll be working on getting the "shared workspace" to automatically populate in office 2003 documents. What is that, WebDAV? It's the way that Office 2003 sees documents that you've uploaded to a local intranet web site. I keep thinking OpenOffice.org could use Rendezvous to do this with something like OpenSharePoint. Oh well.
