Whiz-Bang Gutang
Went to a couple's bible study tonite. It was pretty cool, but seemed to lack some depth. Maybe that's me being snooty, or maybe that's the truth. Still, I like the idea of going to a couple's bible study.
We're at home now, watching some odd Bond movie. Kelly's waaaaayyyy into that, you know. Something to get her off Prime Suspect anyway.
I've been having a better time with Nels lately. He's getting to be comfortable with me, and that's great for me and for Kelly.
I think we're going down to Kelly's parent's this weekend. I'm going to try to get them a computer slapped together -- a 1.7 GHz AMD with 512 MB RAM, XP, etc etc blah blah blah. Something they'd want to buy, but will probably write off as not useful 'cause it's free. Why don't people value things they don't pay for?
Oh, one other thing. We're trying to get this gal to be a help to us, i.e. really part time nanny-ing. She's Errand:Angel, doing cleaning, errands, child care. She's great with Sophie. We've had her over for two hours once, and we're going to have her here probably 4 - 6 hours a week. We're excited to have the extra help.
